Please excuse my absence. I spent the week of the 4th surrounded by my favorite people, drinks, and bodies of water. Above is Brant Lake, NY. (But don't go there, because it's kinda our hidden gem.)
This week, my work life has been hectic (big news ahead), and the bf is without cell service until Sunday in the mountains of Maine. It's kind of nice to have some solid time of no communication; me-time, and maybe a bit sad, but not lonely. Plus the welcome home hugs are the best best best kind of feeling.
