Love and Milkshakes is a lifestyle blog and place to share the thoughts of me, @KaitMills!  I'd almost like to say I'm fashionista gone rogue.  Once an avid trendsetter, you're more likely now to find me in yoga pants and hiking boots.  I'm a New York girl living and working in Boston.  I love the ocean, chocolate, and laughing with my friends.

I started this blog in October 2012 as a creative outlet to share my adventures and stories.  Here, you'll find posts about my wide array of interests, and sometimes a mushy thought or two (I happen to love love).  As I reach my mid-twenties, I'm learning a lot more about myself, and life in general, than I ever have before.
